We like hosting guest(s). Hospitality benefits travelers and it’s also personally rewarding for me. Here are a few of my fully furnished spaces available for rent. Sorry, we do not accommodate any individuals with special medical needs, because it's too overwhelming for us, service pet allowed @ workshops only. Pets are not permitted.

House Rules 
A valid Government issued ID, required at Check-in/or before, by text. Show ID (photographed w/agreement) upon arrival. Guest must notify Host if bringing in concealed weapons/cameras/recording devices into unit before reservation and purpose of usage. There are serval wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them. Quiet time: 11pm-9am. It's okay to come and go, just be quiet, and we will too! Keep front gate locked at all times @ OMBB Location - Do not leave open! NO additional Guest(s) allowed on original or modified reservations/Leases (no overnight stays). Extra guest fee: 1 guest/family, $150 per person, per night (all locations). No sharing of digital codes with anyone not listed on reservation and Lease. We do not accommodate any individuals with special medical needs, because it's too overwhelming for us. 

The Bronzeville/Hyde Park area is rich in amazing history and is one of the greatest & most CULTURALLY DIVERSE neighborhoods in Chicago. FYI:  Guaranteed Rate Field Stadum, home of the White Sox is close by, and they set off fireworks at their games that sounds like cannons, explosives. 

Guest/Tenant Manual, House Rules, Pets and Fines continue... Due to longer-term stays during these uncertain times all rules apply to all locations: *We require guest(s) to sign a Rental Disclaimer, show ID (photographed w/agreement) upon arrival. Month-to-month Lease tenants must supply employment verification, rate of pay. Credit and Background checks (your responsibility). Utilities capped at $200 USD all locations.  *Security Cameras are legally placed in front and back and deck entrances in common areas and will be active during your stay! Tampered, Blocked or Damaged Fine is $1K USD each. $125 each for lost keys/out of your possession and for each lost/damaged remote.  $600 USD to re-key home. Street parking: Beware of street sweeping signs to avoid violation/parking ticket. The host is not responsible for vehicles parked on public streets, nor for improper street lighting or any related issues. The *468E42*UNIQUE AND CHIC and *445EBO-Unit properties do not offer parking. Be mindful of pets and service animals in the complex or neighborhood, as well as the surrounding areas. If you share your living space with a flat mate who owns pets, be cautious of potential injuries in all circumstances. Animal owners are strictly liable for bites or attacks caused by their pets. Additionally, there is a public dog park located directly across the street from your residence. HVAC is on auto. Call for adjustment(s) or even extra blankets (located closet "top" shelf). Wi-Fi Information found in desk drawer workstation. *Individual heating unit in your private room, bathroom, and fireplace in the Living-room (At the *UNIQUE locations 1-2). Use bathmat for your safety. First-Aid-kit located in bathroom vanity drawer. Septic system uses Scott’s 1-ply-toilet tissue only. 

We do not accommodate individuals with special medical needs, because it's too overwhelming for us.  The *1st five days we will supply "starter essentials" (paper goods, cleaning supplies, toiletries, bedcovers-(wash and clean *thereafter on your own), while settling in - for your special tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll, olive oil and spices is at your expense) - check my Guidebook for the nearest stores where you may replenish your supplies https://www.airbnb.com/manage-guidebook/292893. Fire Extinguisher found bottom kitchen cabinet mounted. Self-check-in after initial meet and greet and self-check-out on departure -leave keys (if issued) in dresser drawer. Electronic Keypad. Passcode issued upon arrival. We may or may not issue keys. If keys are issued: upon departure leave them in “any kitchen drawer", table/or "dresser drawer" in your bedroom.  FYI: Lawncare comes on Tuesdays (weather permitting). And on Saturday mornings the neighbors maintain their Lawns; it can be noisy. Also, neighborhood festivals and parades can be loud on Holidays/Special Days, as well on main streets. Garbage pick-up is also Tuesday mornings (any garbage you have should be placed in black and blue bins by Monday evenings). Go out back-door (no key needed) … Black Bins for trash, Blue Bin for recycling directly up the stairs to the left (at *Unique 1-2 locations). *For the OMBB location go out of front-door to alley ...  

Do not turn-off/unscrew outdoor lights it's on for your safety. Call for vacuum cleaner. The Electrical Box is located in the Garden Units as well as certain maintenance supplies for the entire home, and in case of emergencies: we will have to *access the space, when necessary (and rarely), according to City of Chicago (Mun.Code ch. 5-12-080). In order to accommodate/handle/repair request(s) you must give permission to enter at time of your request(s) to evaluate the nature of the issue... also, these things will be *discussed with you upon arrival and will give prior notice by text/call. We are committed to an enhanced cleaning and sanitation routine, and we practice social distancing and encourage Guest(s) to do the same. Desiring a harmonious peaceful environment. 

Where to swim in Lake Michigan - Gyms - Chicago IL Margaret T. Burroughs Beach and Park, 3100 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60616. The closest Public Indoor Pool (@ Ellis Park).

Lakefront near to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, boardwalk and bike trails. Gyms: LA Fitness, Vbody Fitness, and the Space (Hyde Park). Local Yoga Six and Core Power/Pilates/Spin studios. Check yourself in with Digital keypad after initial meet and greet.  Ahh-mazing Home in Kenwood 4B, 4B, EV Charing Station, 2-car garage. Chef's Kitchen. Text for tour and information. Properties found on many networks. Tampered, Blocked, Damaged, Security Cameras and unplugged smoke detector devices, fines $1K USD.

Use the garden level door through the "garage big door" to alley for blue bin, clearly marked D-Unit in alley - use that garbage bin only! Cleaning products under bathroom sink, and broom/dustpan/shovel in Washer/Dryer area/pantry area for the first five days of your stay and you're responsible for washing your bedcovers *thereafter. Seasonally cleaning your walk/entryways for safety is your responsibility.
